The gift may only be used once, may not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable or refundable. You need to give the hotel 72 hours advance warning so they have time to arrange the gift. If you wish to cancel a gift the hotel needs 72 hours notice, otherwise your gift will be deemed to be used and you will need to purchase a new one for another time.
